Brookdale Village Acquired by United-21 Brand

In the last three months, we mentioned about acquiring resorts in Kaziranga and Kodaikanal. You could find the images of our Kaziranga resorts in our Google + and facebook fan page. We are managing our new acquired resorts and bringing it up to our set of standards. While implementing such high standards in our acquired resorts, we are even acquiring more and more resorts.

Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL) has acquired another resort, Brookdale Village, in Ooty, one of the best tourist places in India. The resort, renamed as United-21 Paradise, actually resembles a small village on a hill-top surrounded by tea plantations. Some of the major on-site activities which you will enjoy in the village include trekking, plantation walk and rabbit fields. The other attractions which would keep the visitors glued to beauty of the nature include boating in Pykara Lake, visit to Mudumalai Tiger reserve and rose garden, Elephant safari at Thoppakkad and fishing.

Resorts Acquired by us in the Last Quarter

A busy but very enthralling three months was for us this year. Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL) has already acquired two hotels in these three months, one being in Kodaikanal, Tamil-Nadu and other in Kaziranga, Assam.

United-21 Grassland Resorts is situated very near to Kaziranga National Park, one of the only two national parks where you would find one horned rhinoceros in India. United-21 Resort, in Kodaikanal, is situated just 3 km from the Kodai Lake.
These acquisitions, one in north and south, is just the beginning and you can really count on us for bringing more and more hotels and resorts under our management.
